The Martelle Lineage Photo Album project is a project to build an on-line, digital photo album which will eventually photo-document six full generations of the Martelle family lineage.

Ward "Flash" / "Marty" Martelle (1918-1986) an R.C.A.F. veteran serving with an exemplary record in WWII, a champion athlete and accomplished musician, will serve as the focal point for the project and the photo-archive will document two generations previous to his and three generations following his.

The photo-archive will also contain records of close relations to Ward Martelle including family names closely allied with the Martelle lineage in the last 6 generations (Audette, Ferguson, Irving, Zavitz, Robinson & Corkhill)

The archive was begun on January 4th, 2005. New entries are constantly being added and it is my hope to eventually achieve thousands of entries in the archive -- photo-documenting only a small portion of a man's life and those around him.
